Architect 819C and Control*1

I am having a problem getting the architect documenter to run 
properly.  SPecifically, when setting the format options to increasE 
the number of files in a selection file set and the maximum number 
of lines in a file I get the following error message when returning to 
the calling screen (Application Directory Maintenance):

Data access error. (CONTROL*01)  
This file is full.               

This I believe is the DOCCONTROL dataset in AKB and is 
supposed to only have one entry in it.  So what is going on and how 
do I fix it?
