We are trying to stop the blank screen appearing when the number of =
records in the file matches the number of items on the screen (ie. There =
are no spare Powerhouse ids on the screen). The blank screen happens =
when the User presses the <Enter> key.
But, if you have say 12 records in the file and have 13 powerhouse ids =
on the screen, pressing the <Enter> key displays the 12 records.

Does anybody know or has done this technique before?

We are using version; AIX PowerHouse 8.13.D2.
