Yes.  Marianne is out of the office until June 9.  I contacted the 
individual named in her auto reply message and was told to contact 
support at a 1-800 number.  I called support and was told to contact 
support renewals, even though I carefully pointed out that this was a 
request for licence keys and not a inquiry about re-establishing 
support.  I called the second number and was directed to a voice-
mail for an individual whose name I cannot recall.  I left a message 
detailing he circumstances and have not been contacted since.  
This all occurred yesterday before noon EDT.  I also send another 
e-mail to support and have not received a reply from that message 
either.  

Sometime yesterday afternoon I sent a missive to the list about the 
situation hoping that someone from Cognos would notice and 
perhaps direct me down a more fruitful line of inquiry.  Yours is the 
first response I have received from anyone at Cognos.
