Fatal error or access violation with Powerhouse Web

Hi,

Open VMS 7.3  Powerhouse 230z1

We developped a web application on Powerhouse Web 230Z1

The application runned OK on a dictionnary but we made changes to the
dictionnnary and the files and now we get a) an fatal error (859) or b) or
an access violation error from the dispatcher.

Any suggestions???
