Line Displacement in Quiz

Bjorn,

I was able to solve a similar problem recently by including a printer control escape sequence (loaded into a CHAR item via the CHARACTERS function) which set the line spacing/page length.  Setting this item as the page header in conjunction with the SET FORMFEED took care of the issue.
