In a batch job, and with the "SET REPORT DEVICE PRINTER" statement, "SET
FORMFEED" should be the default, but I also have a "SET NOHEAD", and
that ruins it all. So there has to be a "SET FORMFEED" after the "SET
NOHEAD"!

Do you have "SET FORMFEED" in your report?

This has helped me in situations like this.  I think Quiz is supposed to

count lines if FORMFEED is not set, but it is not always accurate.
