G'day Victor
All SQL databases don't allow a dash/hyphen as a valid character in a column
or table name. If you want to make your system more flexible with future
database needs, especially utilizing embedded SQL, you need to convert the
dashes (-) to underscores (_).

Subject: What's the underscore?
Is there a way of addressing FIELD_NAME (in Oracle) as FIELD-NAME in
Powerhouse?
Image allowed hyphens in the field name and Oracle doesn't, but we would
like to retain the naming conventions in Powerhouse.
I was thinking along the lines of an alias/synonym statement in the ELEMENT
clause.
Victor.
