QTP Quesion

In this case, they will do the same thing.

Why do you have the SET FILE MY-FILE OPEN 1? There's no need for it that I
can see.

OUTPUT MY-FILE UPDATE
   SET FILE MY-FILE OPEN 1

ITEM 	FIELD1 	FINAL 	T

ITEM 	FIELD1 	= FIELD1 + FIELD2

As far as I know, both does same work and second one is efficient 
coding example.
