Lets try again: XML via QUIZ?

Quiz hasn't any built-in facilities for xml, but it's sufficiently general
purpose to do pretty much anything. We've written Quiz to generate html.
No special requirements. "set rep spac 0 dev disc pag len 0 wid 255 nohead"
is useful.
The headings & footings provide an easy way to balance opening & closing
tags.
Was there anything specific you wanted to know ?
