A Quiz question

I have a question about creating a semi-colon delimeted file.Here is a
snippet of the file:

Job	Desc	Scope.....
456	brown    business....
457	yellow   business...
458	red	business....

The file has a width of 500 characters and I need to write so I can Transfer
it to a PC to open with Excel. I am able to do this by writing to a subfile
with FORMAT 0. My new problem is that they need the SCOPE field to be a
heading instead of reporting it with every record ie:
Job	Desc.....
Scope:business
456	brown....
457	yellow...
458	red....
Does anyone know a way in which I can do this with such a large file, I am
using ver. 8.19 on MPE/iX. Thank You for your help.
