Powerhouse Web

Dear Mark,

I was laid off last November. Prior to that
unfortunate occurrence, I had been programming in
PHWeb for over a year. Although our site is not what
I would considered an e-commerce site, nevertheless it
may give you a bit of an understanding of what you can
do with PHWeb. In fact, let me put it this way,
anything you can do using Qdesign you can do with
PHWeb. Our application was running on an OpenVMS
system, but as with PH, PHWeb is basically the same
across platforms. I would encourage anybody
(particularly people on this list who are already PH
experts) who is thinking about webifying their apps,
to very seriously consider using PHWeb. I don't think
you will be sorry.

If you would like to see a static demo of a PHWeb
site, you can go to my old company web site,
WWW.BENEFICIALADMIN.COM, once there click on the demo
tour choice on the left side frame menu. This demo is
not using active data and it does not use the PHWeb
CGI, but it will give you some idea of what can be
done with PHWeb.

By the way, I am still unemployed, so if anyone has a
need for a PH programmer, especially in the Los
Angeles area, please let me know. My resume may be
viewed on my web site, WWW.DELEESECONSULTING.COM.

I hope this helps Mark.
