Powerhouse 7.10/8.30 VMS upgrade (survey results - sort of)

Itanium (nee Merced) will be around for awhile, if for
no other reason than HP's sponsorship, which they took on
long before acquiring Compaq. That they are continuing the
VMS port to Itanium indicates the Alpha platform will live
on for at least a bit.
