Hello Etienne

One of our customers had locking problems with VMS 7.3 and RMS files, which were
cured with this VMS patch. The message was different, but it's worth a try. The
problem occurred in certain QTPs and Quick acreens, where there had never been
any locking conflict before.

The patch is part of a kit as detailed on:
