Filler is not one of the predefined usages.

  ID
  INTERVAL
  MONEY
  MONEY-CR
  MONEY-DR
  MONEY-PR
  NAME
  NUMERIC-ID
  PERCENT
  PHONE
  POSTAL-CD
  QUANTITY
  TIME
  TIME-STAMP
  ZIP-CODE
(7.10 doesn't have INTERVAL)
