Training Survey

I think good training is essential. I can see how offering
it at a university would not pan out though. Someone would
have to:
a. live in or near Hagerstown. People are not going to travel
every week for a class.
b. have a need to use Powerhouse in their job. And usually if
they have a need, it can't wait for a full semester. They
want it over with in a week or two.
People are not going to take the class for kicks. There aren't
enough unfilled Powerhouse jobs floating around to make it
attractive. The lower cost of a university class is probably
not a selling point either, because the employer would be paying
for it.
