Just a guess, but based on past experience I think you have corrupt data in
the record the user is trying to find, possible on the index key. Could you
have a null value in the field used by the primary (unique) index?

One of our users gets this error on a screen, consistently on a Find. We
cannot
duplicate it on the same system with two different logons. Any suggestions
about
where to start looking? The user did not generate a QDUMP, but I suppose we
can
get one.
