COMMIT

This is typical PowerHouse. We provide intelligent defaults plus an override
capability. You might be doing relational updating in a DESIGNER procedure
or you might want to force a commit outside of the normal flow of events. Or
even conditionally commit. Note that there is also a ROLLBACK verb.
