Help Pop Up and Description of Screen

If I recall correctly, the Help Pop Up clause in the Screen statement defines the area on the screen where "??"  help and Extended  Help are displayed.  

Description of Screen screen defines text that is displayed in the pop up area by the Extended Help command.
