More on PDL warnings

As I recall, we allowed the UNIQUE option so that QDESIGN will generate the
"LOOKUP NOTON" syntax for that field in a default "screen, file, gen, build"
situation.  It's for the designer's convenience.  Some designers want that
uniqueness enforced in the application, even though IMAGE doesn't support
it.  I can't remember where I read that - probably an early version of the
doc, but I don't have the 729 doc with me to verify...

The warning is there to remind programmers/dbas/whomever that QUTIL won't
tell DBUTIL to generate a UNIQUE index for that detail file.  Some people
(me, for example) don't know IMAGE too well.

warn) about:

Why does the resulting PHD have:

 ** LEG-AUTH# is a 12 byte  UNIQUE ALTERNATE  index **
 ** that links to LEG-AUTH-A **
