More on PDL warnings

If the PDL parser/comiler is smart enough to recognize and then complain (OK,
warn) about:

>      Unique &
*W* IMAGE does not support unique keys/indexes on detail datasets.

Why does the resulting PHD have:

 ** LEG-AUTH# is a 12 byte  UNIQUE ALTERNATE  index **
 ** that links to LEG-AUTH-A **
