suppressing warning messages

You should already know that you can't please all the people all the time! 
<G>  My interest in certain error messages is situational.

Whenever making a bunch of item definition and/or element definition 
changes, I take a careful look at all those "storage type and size" warning 
messages because I may have made a typo somewhere.  On the other side, if 
I'm doing little more than adding values to an item or adding a new 
user/security class, then I could care less about those warning messages.

Just resign yourself to wearing a black hat on this one 'cause I think 
you're in a no-win situation. <G>
