[MANMAN:2142] Manman ASK dates and Powerhouse PDL

If you have Cognos support then you can search the Knowledge base at
cognos.com and you'll find a kludgey looking method for manipulating Manman
dates. Methods for Quiz and Qdesign  are given; presumably the Quiz method
would work in Qtp. Both involve a fake file definition in the dictionary and
some binary manipulation. Kind of ugly stuff but if you need it ...
