  We have self-written utility to convert from DDL to SQL. Conversion
process looks like

 QSHOW: set lang cdd; gen file <required_file> -> QSHOGEN.DDL ->
 -> UTILITY -> script.SQL
 
 There is not USAGE to DOMAIN conversion, only FILE to TABLE
conversion.  Sources and executable are available.
