Can we use a stylesheet with PH Web?

G'day all

Has anyone been able to use a style sheet (CSS) with PowerHouse Web 2.21D?
Is it possible to add this to the syntax of PowerHouse Web?  It would make
life a lot easier than having to manually edit each HTML screen code.
