Further Mailing List problem in Quiz

You shouldn't be losing the formfeed, unless there's a bug in your version.
You will be losing the skip 6, however - that's documented behaviour (not that
I can find the reference now). Quiz merges adjacent skips. What you need is:

page head " " skip 5

(provided you haven't 'set noblank').
That will separate the skip page from the skip 5, and they'll both be
effective, along with the intervening blank line.

You could even use the page heading to put some useful info on the selvedge.
