Further Mailing List problem in Quiz

Thanks to everyone who replied earlier.  

Here's where I'm at now: 
*	I can successfully get my 12 labels per page (2 columns of 6 going
down the page).  I just had to play with the SET PAGE LENGTH parameter.
*	Now, I'm stuck on the 6 blank lines that I need at the top of every
page.  As soon as I put a PAGE HEADING statement in, I LOSE the form feed!
I lose the form feed despite the setting of the SET HEAD/NOHEAD statement.
Once I lose the form feed, I'm out of luck.
*	I can't use PAGE HEADING SKIP PAGE because Quiz won't allow me to
... basically, I need something like PAGE HEADING SKIP PAGE SKIP 6.
