OpenVMS upgrade

[Johnson, Harold A EDUC:EX]

We are running a major system under Powerhouse 7.10g1 and have just migrated
to 7.2-2 of OpenVMS  (2 weeks ago).  To date, no problems encountered and no
action required with the upgrade.
