Ian,
We are using powerhouse runtime 7.10G on an OpenVMS cluster running 7.3 without any problems.
This new cluster went into production 3 months ago, so there was no upgrade. Just a new installation of the powerhouse environment, and a rollout of our powerhouse application.
Our development is on an alpha running 7.1 . An upgrade is planned in january/february.
