G'day all

We are running PH Web 2.21D1 on a WinNT 4.0 machine. It has been running
fine up till today.

The dispatcher is causing an access violation that is being caught by Dr.
Watson whenever someone uses one of the data entry screens. The RDBMS is MS
SQL Server 7.0. The web browser is IE 5.0.

The specific error message is:

An application error has occurred
and an application error log is being generated.

PHWebDispatch.e.exe
Exception: access violation (0xc0000005), Address: 0x0042432d

I also get an application error message for phwebsrv.exe.

We had a case of the FunLove virus on this machine last Thursday and Macaffe
antivirus software was executed to clean infected files (all were
DecisionStream 6.5 install files). NetSheild NT is and was enabled.

Any ideas?
