Quick Selection Challenge

Hi List,

Can someone please tell me how to select data in a Quick screen by
exclusion?  Say I have a field that can contain PROCESS, HOLD, and
COMPLETE.  I wish to return all records that do not contain COMPLETE.  The
screen normally returns all records, which is normal behavour.  This is a
selection challenge I havn't figured out.
