ITOQ for PDL

It still is.  You need to find yourself an old copy.

It makes the old QSCHEMAC, then you need to get into QSHOW
SET DICT to that old QSCHEMAC, and generate a QSHOGEN file.
The QSHOGEN file becomes your PDL.
