QTP: Qualified OUTPUT Statement

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to qualify an OUTPUT statement

 OUTPUT <outputfile> ADD AT FINAL
   ITEM <recorditem> SUBTOTAL <inputfilerecorditem>

such that it is executed if and only if the subtotal inputfilerecorditem
is <> 0?
