Powerhouse Web Licence Costs

Didn't know it was available yet.
If it's not price-competitive, or bundled, I guess we won't be that interested
though ... shame. Evolution is one of the things we pay support licences for.
We're also low-end Alpha OpenVMS. We've a few PCs around for other odd
applications where VMS software has priced itself out.
