Small/Short Programming Opportunity (probably about two weeks) with Access/Visual Basic/Visual Basic for Application

Hi,

I know someone who needs help building an application (probably Access)
where we can load 500-1000 people and their interests into a database and
also store written articles as text in a database. The program will run once
a month (later once a week) and will create a email newsletter by matching
articles with the peoples interests. If the database gets bigger they may
migrate it to Oracle on Linux.

Please let me know (send me your telephone number and/or chat program &
identification code)  if you  would like to do the whole project or part of
the project and/or if you see any roadblocks to building it this way.  If
you know of someone who might be interested, please pass this email on to
them as well.
