The problem has been fixed for now.  The SYSGBL privilege to create a system global section was not there.  Hamilton, you had mentioned this in your message.  We added that and then restored the executable images.  This was brought on by installing a high version of PowerHouse and then uninstalling.   Swapping versions like we did seemed to thrown it off somehow.  Anyway thanks for all your responses!
