Good Morning Alison and Other PH'ers

I can now reproduce the problem on demand at one of our sites and on one of
our own HP machines.

Enter Quiz
hit CTRL/C - works fine
drop to qtp - enter !qtp
hit CTRL/C - works fine
exit qtp
hit CTRL/C - does nothing

Full stty settings are

speed 9600 baud; line = 0;
rows = 0; columns = 0
min = 4; time = 0;
intr = ^C; quit = ^\; erase = DEL; kill = ^U
eof = ^D; eol = ^@; eol2 <undef>; swtch <undef>
stop = ^S; start = ^Q; susp <undef>; dsusp <undef>
werase <undef>; lnext <undef>
parenb -parodd cs7 -cstopb hupcl -cread -clocal -loblk -crts
-ignbrk brkint ignpar -parmrk -inpck istrip -inlcr -igncr icrnl -iuclc
ixon -ixany ixoff -imaxbel -rtsxoff -ctsxon -ienqak
isig icanon -iexten -xcase echo echoe echok -echonl -noflsh
-echoctl -echoprt -echoke -flusho -pendin
opost -olcuc onlcr -ocrnl -onocr -onlret -ofill -ofdel -tostop

HP 10.20 - PH 8.13d1 - Get the problem
HP  9.04 - PH 7.33d3 - Can't reproduce the problem
HP 10.20 - PH 7.33d3 - Can't reproduce the problem

My conclusion is that the 8.13d1 version is causing the problem.

Is this pointing towards anything ???
