PH License Server (FLEXlm/VMS)

We are on PH 7.10g / VMS 6.1 and had considerable trouble getting it to work
correctly, like you we use tcp/ip connections only - these were our findings
at the time:


> PH610E ran under a Cognos supplied license mechanism.
