Powerhouse Analst/Programmer Wanted

I would suggest that an individual or company who is looking to hire a PH
programmer directly should use the list.  
A recruiting firm that is just looking for warm bodies should not use the
list.
A firm offer for a position that needs to be filled is one thing, searching
for leads is quite another.

I too agree that seeing these types of 'ads' is a good thing.  The idea of
heading out to places I've never been to stirs the imagination.  As soon as
my daughter is out of High School - who knows.  It is a question of balance
though.  I don't think we want the List to be a bulletin board for
recruiters
either.  So where's the fine line?  I'm not sure myself.
