Perhaps Bob Deskin could use one of the free web hosting sites for
attachments were it to be to impractical to arrange for such on the
official COGNOS site.

I have briefly looked into a virus scanner for all Email traveling through
our mail servers, but it is rather low on my TODO list considering that
a very major portion of our school's network users do not use Microsoft
Email clients.
