Why not? Surely COGNOS can afford to let you use a corner of their web site?

Bob Deskin is one of the few people that has a legitimate need to send an
attachment. I surely would not want his ability to disseminate information
hindered in anyway. The question is how do we do it safely?

My earlier suggestion regarding attachments was just  that a suggestion. If
it is not a good viable solution then let us consider it no further. I agree
that it is not the function of a free service to provide me with virus
protection. That said, if we are to continue to use this service we need to
have a small sense of security. Since I know nothing about how difficult it
is to provide that modicum of security, I will allow my betters to decide
what to do and will abide by their decision.
