We are running ManMan on an VAX 4xxxx machine.  We have the POWERHOUSE products,
but there's no dictionary for the ManMan database.  I remember an  ITOQ utility
that reads IMAGE databases and creates dictionary source code....GREAT
TOOL!....Is there an equivalent for the VAX?  If not, where can I get a
dictionary for ManMan version 9.2.1?
