As has been pointed out earlier, maybe a few hundred days.

It's not easy to get someone that wants to learn Powerhouse.
Savvy programmers know their next job is highly dependent upon
what gets added to their resume from their current job. They
know "Powerhouse" is not going to enhance their resume, at least
not in most parts of the U.S.
