I don't know what you mean about 'impossible' to find PH programmers. Where
have you looked? Did you advertise on this list, or DICE, or Headhunter?
I'd love to work in Europe but you never asked!

We are doing a similar thing! We take the whole lot and program it into
Java!.
Itīs a lot of work, but everybody is quite happy about it. And
especially
the programmers! - It great to be updated... Theres hardly no
restrictions
on what you can programme - you can get the userinterface you want etc..
But itīs difficult to get experienced Java programmers, but then again
itīs
impossible to get PH programmers....
