Another option could be to use one of the Windows emulators for the Mac. 
This may be less complicated too.  I'd wonder if a volume purchase could
make it competitive to Citrix MetaFrame.

Conrad, does 'Web browser running on anything' mean it will properly
function with a terminal HTML browser from the mid 90's too?  Great if
true!  Which HTML version is followed for the generated pages?  Do the
pages rely on any graphics or tables for formatting?
