VMS/Rdb to UNIX/Oracle (classic)

Hi,

Has anyone ported their PowerHouse system from OpenVMS with an Oracle Rdb
database to a Unix environment with Oracle (classic) database?

Does anyone have a list of problem that can/could occur? I'm wondering if
transaction handling (two-phase commit) and transaction models change their
behaviour with the change in database. I don't seem to be able to find
anything on the Cognos website.
