Too Many Files Open

Hi All

I've got a customer who keeps getting the error message TOO MANY FILES OPEN.

They are using the same programs as other customers and as far as I can see
there are no differences in the system setting between customers that would
effect this.

Can anyone please point me towards anything that I may need to look at ??

System = HP UNIX 10.20
P/House = 8.13d1
