I think what you mean is QDD not PDQ. Please correct me if I'm wrong though. If
you do, in fact, mean QDD I don't believe it is still supported, but it's not
too difficult to upgrade to PDL. You just go into QSHOW and enter something to
the effect of SET LANG PDL and then GENERATE ALL, I believe, and this should
create a PDL source file for you named QSHOGEN. Unfortunately it will be
formatted in it's own way. You then go into PDL and recompile it.

I believe, but am not sure, that you can point to a QDD dictionary in the
current release, you just can't change it.

I'm sure Cognos folks will fill in the many gaps I left for them.
