PH710 and Oracle 7

Hey Blue, please be more precise!!!  Just kidding ya, Bob.  It wasn't until
a couple of months ago I saw for the first time an actual set of Oracle RDB
(non-DEC) manuals.  Of those many years your referring to, RDB was a DEC
product until Oracle purchased it not so many years ago.
