Quiz quandary

G'day all

I recently wrote a QUIZ program that creates two reports - it runs as
source.  I left something out of the second report syntax and got the
following result:

When run interactively both .txt files are created on the disc drive as
desired.

When run in batch only the first .txt file is created on disc.

Here are the settings for the first report:

SET REPORT NOLIMIT
SET REPORT DEVICE DISC NAME ap_extract_run
SET PAGE LENGTH 60 WIDTH 80
SET FORMFEED
SET NOBLANKS

And here are the setting sfor the second:

SET DEFAULT
SET REPORT NOLIMIT
SET REPORT NAME ap_ex_summary
SET PAGE LENGTH 60 WIDTH 90
SET FORMFEED
SET NOBLANKS

I believe I know what is wrong but I thought you might like to give your
ideas first - just to keep that ol' brain ticking. :)

Environment:
PowerHouse - 7.33d3
Database - Oracle 7.3.4
O/S - HP/UX 10.20
Batched via CRON.
