Cognos license daemon hung

Hi
we have Alpha VMS 7.1-1h1 and we experienced similar problems as well. We
are currently running Decnet V(phase 5). We had to install a patch for
Decnet as well we had to adjust quotas for the decnet process. We had sized
the quotas for decnet based on a specified number of users but we found it
wasn't high enough. I'm not a "systems" person but I believe we did an
autogen and resized accordingly with a reboot of the Alpha. A couple of
possibilities for you ...hope this helps.
